Unlike some of the estate planning seminar promoters, we have no predisposition towards wills versus trusts, and feel that a client should become educated on the advantages and disadvantages of each component of their Estate Plan. The client should choose the approach that is most comfortable to them. As a result, we prepare everything
from simple wills up through complex trust arrangements.

We also work in elder care, and assisting families in dealing with an elderly family member. We can assist you with Medicare, Medicaid, assisted living and end of life issues, such as Medical Power of Attorney, Living Wills, Advanced Directives and other similar arrangements. We also assist in financial planning, although we do not function as financial planners, brokers or dealers. As a result, we can assist you in formulating an overall plan
for your financial affairs and refer or assist you in contacting appropriate representatives to obtain more specific information and procure annuities, insurance or securities.
